ACORN, the "Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now,"
is a left-wing advocacy group currently under criminal indictment for
conduct surrounding the 2008 election.
Over $50 million in federal funding has found its way into the hands of
ACORN’s leftist activists over the last several years, but now the Democrats
are about to make $8.5 billion more in taxpayer money available to this
radical group.
Committee Chairman Barney Frank is offering an amendment to restore ACORN’s
opportunity to receive billions of taxpayer dollars. He needs to be stopped!
Send a protest card to Chairman Frank and Speaker Pelosi and tell them that tax
dollars should not go toward funding an enterprise like ACORN!
